4.4) Installation of exhaust socket

Special tools The following special tools and equipment are required:
Instructions Proceed as follows to install the exhaust socket:

Part number Description Use
Part no. 297386 SILASTIC 732 Gasket
Step Procedure
1 Coat both sidesof the gasket with SILASTIC.
2 Fasten the exhaust socket (1) to the cylinder (4) with a new gasket (2) by
means of 2 cyl. screws (3). Tightening torque 20 Nm (177 in.lb).
3 Check that the exhaust port is tightly seated on the cylinder.
