To address the issue of the QABrowser not displaying the Bluetooth "Discovery Results" screen, first, exit the QABrowser. Then, perform a hardware reset of your Tungsten device using the reset hole located on the back of the Palmtop. Finally, restart the QABrowser.

If a HotSync was performed to install a new version of QABrowser on your RTI Medical Equipment, but it doesn't seem to have been installed, it might be due to an incorrect Palm user name. Open Palm Desktop and select 'edit users' in the upper right corner. Tap the HotSync icon on the Palm to view the user name in the upper right corner. If the user name isn't in the Palm Desktop list, perform a HotSync to automatically add it. Restart the QABrowser Updater and select the Palm user name corresponding to the Palm you intend to use.

Depending on the Palm model, it may take a little while for the serial number to appear. The Barracuda will appear as "Unknown device". Normally, it will show the serial number if you wait a while.
