tion about the service addresses, services provided, or to contact a local

When contacting Sartorius Service with questions about the system or in
the event of malfunctions, be sure to have the device information, e.g., serial
number, hardware, firmware, configuration, close at hand. Consult the
information on the manufacturer’s ID label and in the “Device Information”
menu (see Chapter “4.5.1 Overview of the Device Settings Menu”,
page 24).
