both normal and single fault conditions, its voltages do not exceed a safe value.
Under normal conditions, the voltage of such a circuit cannot exceed 33 V rms and
46.7 V peak or 70 V DC In the event of a single fault, the voltage cannot exceed 55V
rms and 78 V peak or 140 V DC.
