Note: If the C_AUTO_REPORT register is set, the end of batch report will be printed
automatically at the end of a batch. If the SMTP service is configured and the
C_AUTO_MAIL_REPORT register is set, then the end of batch will be automatically emailed to
the specified recipient.
BATCH LOG
This menu item allows you to navigate to previous batch logs and select them for
printing. On selection, you will be prompted through the historical files that are stored on the
flash SD card. First, you are prompted to select the year, then the month, then the day, then
the specific batch where the log resides.
Note: If the SMTP service is configured and the C_AUTO_MAIL_LOG register is set
then at the end of batch the log will be automatically emailed to the specified recipient.
ALARM PHASE LOG
This menu item allows you to navigate to previous batch alarm and phase logs and
them for printing. On selection, you will be prompted down through the historical files
that are stored on the flash SD card. First, you are prompted to select the year, then the month,
then the day, then the specific batch where the alarm phase log resides.
Note: If the SMTP service is configured and the C_AUTO_MAIL_ALPH_LOG register
is set then at the end of batch the alarm phase log (AL_PH.CSV file) will be automatically
emailed to the specified recipient.
UCL PROGRAM FILE
If it exists, this menu item will print the UCL.TXT file stored in the SYSTEM directory.
REPORT TEMPLATE
This menu item will print the REPORT_TEMPLATE.TXT file stored in the SYSTEM
directory.
REGISTERS
This option will print out the entire register list, listing each register’s number, register
title and register contents. It is a useful tool for capturing a snapshot of the registers. Be
warned, it does take a while to print so many registers.
SET PAGE LENGTH
This sets the page length for any attached printer (serial or Ethernet). When this
length is reached the page is printed out.
AUTO REPORT PRINT
This sets the page length for any attached printer (serial or Ethernet). When this
length is reached the page is printed out.
NUM. OF REPORTS
This sets the number of report copies to print per print report request.
2.10.3 DELETE BATCHES
This item will prompt you to select a batches or batch files for deletion. If you confirm this
process, then all data for the batch will be destroyed. This includes the report and all log data.
2.10.4 EMAIL
Note: All items in this section depend on the SMTP service being configured.
BATCH REPORT

from this folder will then be printed. You will be notified if the report file does not exist.
BATCH LOG
Allows you to navigate the directory structure and select a batch log. The log from this
folder will then be printed. You will be notified if the log file does not exist.
