Digital Channels(Option)
This chapter describes how to use the digital channels of a Mixed-Single Oscilloscope
(MSO).
The digital channels are enabled on SDS1000X-E series oscilloscopes (only 4 channels
scope) that have installed the MSO activation license. As an external module, SLA1016 is
independent of the host, and has its own system, so it needs to be upgraded if necessary.
