3 - Film sealing time
This regulates the film sealing time. This parameter greatly influences the performance of the
machine and must therefore be correctly adjusted. In fact, the lower the sealing time, the
greater the productivity. It is advisable to set the lowest possible sealing time that guarantees
the correct cutting phase for the film. This parameter also helps determine the temperature of
the B1 and B2 sealing bars.
4 - Seal cooling time
This parameter must be set with a value that is 0 only in the case where the sealed corner
breaks during packaging or the seal tends to open because the temperature of the film is still
too high. In this case the film is dragged with a delay to allow the seal to cool. This problem
can arise with the use of certain types of film.
