7 - Film perforation distance (available with the optional “Film Perforator”)
If the optional group "Film perforator" is installed, this parameter allows to adjust the distance
of the film perforation as needed (linked to dimensions of the product to be packed)
8 - Product detection filter
Delays the product detection signal The set measure indicates how long the program waits to
consider the occurred passage of the product from when this is no longer detectable by the
photocells (horizontal and vertical).
This parameter allows solving problems linked to the difficulties of the photocells to detect the
end of the pack to be packaged correctly due to holes, for example. For the product shown in
the figure, by entering about 5 mm in this field the end of the product can be detected correctly.
The default value is 2 mm. The adjustment field varies from 1 to 200 mm.
