4 - Mark reading photocell offset (optional)
To use this parameter you need to contact SmiPack S.p.A. and purchase the optional "MARK
READING SENSOR" unit.
5 - Machine operation
This menu allows you to select the machine work mode (automatic, semi-automatic, free
passage).
6 - Motion inversion of the infeed conveyor of the machine
This parameter allows you to separate the products when they arrive on the infeed conveyor
of the machine without cadence but in groups.
When it is enabled, the product is detected by the photocell on the infeed conveyor of the
machine, is pushed forward with the film depending on the parameter setting “PACK LENGTH”
(with MULTIPACK mode active) and the parameter “FILM ADVANCE”.
Then the machine stops and while the infeed belt back up based on the measure set in this
parameter, the outfeed conveyor advances based on the set value in “FILM DELAY” allowing
the separation of the packs.
The machine performs the film welding sealing the pack, and then it is unload from the outfeed
conveyor.
To disable this parameter, the value must be set to 0.
