Add 1.0 ml of the

sample with pipette,

close the cell with the

screw cap, and mix.

Add 0.50 ml of AC-2

with pipette, close the

cell with the screw cap,

and mix.

Place the cell into the

cell compartment. Align

the mark on the cell with

that on the photometer.
