Transfer the solution into
a cell.

Application
Place the cell into the
cell compartment.
Select method no. 135.
Pipette 5.0 ml of the
sample into a test tube.
Add 1.0 ml of
reagent 1 with pipette
and mix.
Add 1.5 ml of
reagent 2 with pipette
and mix.
Reaction time:
5 minutes
Check the pH of the
sample, specified range
:
pH 3 – 7.
If required, add dilute
sodium hydroxide
solution or acetic acid
drop by drop to adjust
the pH.
Measuring range: 0.025 – 1.000 mg/l Hg 50-mm cell
