in nutrient solutions
Add 0.50 ml of the
sample with pipette,
close the cell with the
screw cap, and mix.
Pipette 0.50 ml of Na-1K
into a reaction cell and
mix.
Place the cell into the
cell compartment. Align
the mark on the cell with
that on the photometer.
