Installing
During all the following procedures:
: To reduce the risk of a short
circuit, make sure the insulating
tubes completely cover the
connections.
: Push the heating element/wiring
harness wire (1) through the
insulating tube (2).
: Push the heating element/wiring
harness wire (1) through the
insulating tube (2).

Before placing the wires in position,
make sure they are the same
length.
: Push the pin and socket together
until they lock.
: Push the insulating tube (1) over
the connector.
: Insulating tubes must be located
in the guides (arrows).
: Push the wires fully into the
guides (arrows).

: Starting from the edge (1), push
the insulating tube (2) into the
guides (arrows).
Make sure the wires are laid neatly
and straight (no loops).
Install the air guide shroud,
b 12.4
Reassemble all other parts in the
reverse sequence.
Tightening torques, b 2.5
