▼ To Reset the Server
● If it is necessary to reset the server, use the uadmin command.
To simply reset the server, it is not necessary to power the server off and on.
▼ To Power Cycle the Server
If a simple reset does not clear a server problem, you can power the server off and
on with this procedure.
1. Shut down the Solaris OS.
