Description
Error in the needle bar’s highest stop position
(Either after the sewing is finished or when the hand pulley
is spined by hand, the needle bar is not located in the right
position (the highest point of the needle bar))
•Rotate the hand pulley and place the thread take-up to
the highest position.
Limit error
(In case where the pattern size goes out of the size range of X, Y)
•Create the pattern again.

Knife motion error
•Check the solenoid and the air pressure.
•Check the sensor and the sensor plate.

X’s original point error
•Check the X Sensor.
•Check the X Sensor connecter.

Chain sewing error
(When the chain sewing setting is wrong)
•Without setting the pattern number in Set-No, set the
connection sewing at ‘On’.

Exceed the total number of stitches (If the total stitch
number goes beyond 300.)
•Create the pattern again.
