FRONT FORK AND STEERING 16-23
• Apply grease to the throttle cable and their hole.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
(or equivalent grease)
• Align the “ ” mark on the throttle grip with the hole on the
throttle rotor.
• Align the paint mark D on the handlebars with the throttle
holder matching surface.
• Align the paint mark E on the handlebars with the front brake
master cylinder holder matching surface. (15-15)
• Align the paint mark F on the handlebars with the clutch lever
holder matching surface. (18-16)
• Install the engine stop switch.
