Sample ID 1 to Sample ID 12: These columns are provided for entering
sample or patient information. When data acquisition is finished, the
column is disabled.
Regions: This column displays the source of the region positions for
Worklist item containing a Workspace. By default, the region information
is loaded from the Workspace file.
From a drop-down list in the cell, the "Carry" option can be selected
instead. Then, the region information will be loaded from the Workspace
file of the row above at the point of acquisition. The "Carry" option will
only work if the previous Worklist item has acquired data. Otherwise, the
Worklist item will be reset to "load from Workspace". In case a region is
carried across to a different Workspace and the regions do not match the
new Workspace, information on which regions could not be carried is
displayed prior to acquisition.
Instrument Settings: This column displays the source of the instrument
settings for the Worklist item.
To edit, click into the cell, click the arrow to expand a drop-down list and
select the desired option:
Load from Workspace: By default, the instrument settings information is
loaded from the Workspace file. At the point of acquisition, the threshold,
voltage, compensation and threshold logic instrument settings will be
applied.
Load from file...: This option is disabled when creating a Worklist offline.
Click the option to select an instrument settings file (XMLIS file). At the
point of acquisition, the Workspace instrument settings for the Worklist
item will be updated to match those in the selected file.
Carry: This option is disabled for use in a compensation setup panel.
Select this option to carry the instrument settings information from the
Workspace file of the row above at the point of acquisition. The "Carry"
option will only work if the previous Worklist item has acquired data.
Otherwise, the Worklist item will be reset to "load from Workspace".
In the context menu of the "Instrument Settings" column, options are
provided to save or replace the instrument settings and to apply the
instrument settings to the panel.
Stop Conditions: In this column, stop conditions can be set. The default
option is to load the stop conditions from the Workspace that are set in
the Stops pane.
By clicking into the "Stop Conditions" cell, a deviating stop condition can
be chosen. This setting will override the setting in the Stops pane. If the
"TVAC" check box in the Stops pane is checked, the column will display
"TVAC" and be read only. For information on stop conditions (see
chapter 12.5.6 Stops pane on page 144).
In the context menu of the "Stop Conditions" column, the option is
provided to apply the stop condition to the panel.
