If the original Playlist (before export) contains the same LMD file in more
than one of its items, only one copy of the file is in the export LMD folder.
If the original Playlist (before export) contains LMD files that have the
same name but are in different folders, they are all placed in the exported
LMD folder with numbers in parenthesis appended to the file name, so
they can be distinguished.
If a Playlist of the same name already exists in the selected folder, you
will have the option to replace the existing Playlist. If you choose not to
replace the existing Playlist, the new Playlist is saved with an appended
number to the name to distinguish it from the existing one.
If some of the LMD or image files that are to be exported have the same
name as the ones in the export LMD and images folders, the Windows
Copy File dialogue is displayed and allows you to resolve the conflicts.
When re-exporting a Playlist to the same folder it was exported before,
you should use Copy & Replace in the Windows Copy File dialogue.
Otherwise duplicate files will be created.
For an exported Playlist to open properly, the folder structure of the
export folder has to be preserved.
Export Statistics to XML: The menu item is enabled when a Playlist
item containing a listmode file is active. Click the menu item to save an
XML file containing the results of the currently open file only. A dialogue
box appears. Enter a name for the export, select the destination folder
and click the Open button.
If the entered file name already exists and the format of the exported
data matches the formatting of the data in the file, the results are
appended to those already in the file. If the entered file name already
exists but the headers in the two files do not match, you will have the
option to overwrite the existing file.
After the file has been saved, the Windows Explorer opens with the
exported file highlighted.
Export All Statistics to XML: The menu item is enabled if one or more
Playlist items contain a listmode file. Click the menu item to save an XML
file containing the results of all files in the Playlist. A dialogue box
appears. Enter a name for the export, select the destination folder and
click the Open button.
If the entered file name already exists and the format of the exported
data matches the formatting of the data in the file, the results are
appended to those already in the file. If the entered file name already
exists but the headers in the two files do not match, you will have the
option to overwrite the existing file.

Export Report to PDF: The menu item is enabled if there is an active
item in the Worklist or the Playlist, the Reports tab of the Workspace is
open and if acquisition is not in progress. Click the menu item to export a
report as PDF file and select a name and a destination folder for the PDF.
