7.13. DISASSEMBLING THE PRIMARY SHAFT AND PULLEY

Take note about the measure “X” on
the adjusting bolt of the tension
system .
1. Remove the connecting-rod (y)
as described
at the paragraph: 7.12.1. “
Disassembling the
short connecting-rod (R – L)”.
WARNING: be careful to the magnets
on pulley during the disassembly.

2. Loosen the nut (a) and then the screw (b),
using a 17mm wrench.
3. Loosen the screw (c)
, using the 19mm
wrench, to decrease the tension on the belt.
AVVERTENZA: During the
reassembly lock down the screw (c)
using a torque wrench set for 62Nm.
