4. Remove the belt (d) from the pulley.
5. Back off the 4 screws (e)
using a 13mm
wrench, blocking the counter-
nut on the
opposite side with a wrench of equal size.
CAUTION: During the reassembly
lock down the screw (e) using a torque
wrench set for 22Nm.
CAUTION: After the reassembly of
belt, carry out the operation described
at the paragraph: 8.1. “
Centring the
belt” and 8.2. “Tensioning the belt”.

6. Back off the screw (g) using an 8mm
hexagonal wrench and simultaneously the
screw on the opposite side, using a wrench of
equal size.
7. Remove the washer (h).
CAUTION: During the reassembly
lock down the screw (g) using a torque
wrench set for 62Nm.

Once removed the washer: screw a bolt
M12x30
again, if you don’t have one, use the
bolt (g) previously
removed taking care to
not damage it.
9. Remove the crank (i) using an extractor tool.
