Lock #2:
Lower Arm

Tighten lock to clamp any horizontal pivot movement of the manipulator lower arm. When
loosened, the lower arm can be turned up to 150 degrees in either horizontal direction from the
centerline of the upper arm.
Lock #3:
Head

Tighten lock to clamp any forward/backward tilting, and/or vertical swinging of the Head.
When loosened, the Head can be tilted backward/forward 7 degrees from vertical. Also, the
Head can be swung (back/forth) vertically (sideways), up to 90 degrees in either direction,
limited only by the play in the attached flexline hose.
