Solution
This requirement can be addressed by the Virtual Server function. Assume that the internal web server
information is listed as follows:
Server IP Address: 192.168.0.110
MAC Address of the Server Host: C8:3A:35:13:05:18
User Name/Password: admin/admin
Server Port: 80
Procedures:
1. Configure the Virtual Server function.
(1) To access the configuration page, click Advanced Settings > Virtual Server.
(2) Internal IP Address: Enter IP Address of the internal web server, which is 192.168.0.110 in this
example.
(3) LAN Port: Click drop-down list box and select internal service port number, which is 80(HTTP) in
this example.
(4) Protocol: Click drop-down list box and select protocol of a service, which is TCP&UDP in this
example.
(5) Click +New.
The rule is added successfully. See the following figure.
2. Assign static IP address to the host on which the server is built.
(1) Click System Settings > DHCP Reservation.
(2) Device Name: Set a name for the host, which is Web Server in this example.
(3) MAC Address: Enter the MAC address of the host, which is C8:3A:35:13:05:18 in this example.
(4) IP Address: Enter the static IP address assigned to the host, which is 192.168.0.110 in this
example.
(5) Click +New.
