11.9 Remote Management
11.9.1 Overview
This module enables you to login to the web UI of the router over the internet.
Generally, only clients connected to the router can login to the web UI of the router. If necessary, you can login
to the web UI of the router remotely over the internet.
To access the configuration page, choose System Settings > Remote Management.
Enable this function. See the following figure.

It is used to enable/disable the function, which is disabled by default.
Remote IP
Address
It specifies the IP addresses that can remotely access the router.
Port
It specifies the port number used when remotely managing devices. The default port is
8080, which can be modified if necessary.
Since ports 1-1024 are used by well-known service, you are strongly recommended to set
the value in the range of 1025-65535 to prevent port confliction.
