1. Install the right side frame (5) to the front and rear
crossbars using four screws (1) and lock washers (2).
2. Install nut (3) and lock washer (4).

Pack bearing with lithium grease NLGI Grade 2 before
installation.
3. Install bearing (6) on reel shaft.

4. Install spring (8), washer (7), and nut (9) on the reel
shaft.
