5.SitintheOperator’sseat,starttheengine,andmovethrottletofullspeed
(2650±50RPM).
6.Makesurethatthehydraulicuidisatnormaloperatingtemperatureby
operatingthemachineforapproximately10minutes.Makesurethatthe
hydraulictankisfull.
7.Verifywithaphototachthatthepumpspeedisapproximately3100RPM.
8.Setthecuttingunitspeedcontrolto#9(maximum)andengagethecutting
units.
Whenengaged,thecuttingcircuitpressuremayexceedmanifoldreliefvalve
pressuresettingof207Bar(3000PSI)momentarilyopeningthereliefvalve.
Circuitpressureshouldthenstabilizeatapproximately83Bar(1200PSI).
9.Safelysecurethetestpressuregaugeandoperatethemachineunderyour
specicmowingconditions.Monitortestgaugewhilemowing.reelcircuit
pressureshouldbeapproximately:103to138Bar(1500to2000PSI)under
lowtonormalloadconditions.
10.Disengagecuttingunits,movethrottletolowspeedandshutofftheengine.
11.Ifpressurereadingsarewithinspecicationsandcuttingunitperformanceis
stillinquestion,testcuttingunitmotorsindividually(seeReelCircuitT esting
−ReelMotorEfciency/CaseDrainTest(page5–43)).
12.Ifpressurespecicationsarenotmet,considerthefollowing:
