9.Verifywithaphototachthatthepumpspeedisapproximately3100RPM.
10.VerifypumpowatNoLoadasfollows:
Recordtesterpressureandowreadingatnoload.Unrestrictedpump
outputshouldbeapproximately23.8LPM(6.3GPM).
11.VerifypumpowUnderLoadasfollows:
CAUTION
Donotclosetestervalvefullywhenperformingthistest.Inthistest,
thehydraulictesterispositionedbeforethemanifoldreliefvalve.
Pumpdamagecanoccuriftheuidowisfullyrestrictedbyfully
closingthetesterowcontrolvalve.
A.Watchowmeterpressuregaugecarefullywhileslowlyclosingtheow
controlvalveuntil137.9Bar(2000PSI)isobtainedongauge.
