5.Starttheengine,andmovethrottletofullspeed(2650±50RPM).
6.Makesurethatthehydraulicuidisatnormaloperatingtemperatureby
operatingthemachineforapproximately10minutes.
7.Watchthepressuregaugecarefullywhileturningthesteeringwheel
completelyinonedirectionandholding.
CAUTION
Donotallowpressuretoexceed1500PSI.Holdsteeringwheelatfull
lockonlylongenoughtogetasystempressurereading.Holdingthe
steeringwheelagainstthestopforanextendedperiodmaydamage
thesteeringcontrolvalve.
8.Systempressureshouldreach65to70Bar(940to1015PSI)astherelief
valveopens.
9.Returnthesteeringwheeltothecenterpositionandshutofftheengine.
10.Ifspecicationisnotmet,repairorreplacesteeringcontrolvalve.
11.DisconnecttheT−connectorwithpressuregaugeandreconnecthydraulic
hosetogearpump(P2).
