AssemblingtheReelMotor(Figure84)
1.LubricatetheO–rings,pressureseals,back−upgasketsandwearplate
grooveswithathincoatofpetroleumjelly.Lubricateallotherinternalparts
freelywithcleanhydraulicuid.
2.Installnewsealsintofrontange(Figure86):
A.Pressnewshaftsealintofrontangeuntilitreachesthebottomofthe
bore.
B.Installbackupwasherintofrontangeandtheninstallretainingringinto
thegrooveofthefrontange.Makesureretainingringisfullyseatedin
frontangegroove.
C.Installnewdustsealintofrontange.
3.Placefrontange,sealsidedown,onaatsurface.
4.Installtheouterpressureseal,atsideoutward,intothegroovesintheouter
wearplate.Followbycarefullyplacingtheouterbackupgasket,atside
outward,betweenthepressuresealandthegroovesintheouterwearplate.
