CAUTION
Useeyeprotectionsuchasgoggleswhenusingcompressedair.
1.Cleanallmetalpartswithsolventandblowdrywithcompressedair.
2.Replacecheckpoppets,O−rings,andback−upwasherswithnewones.
3.InstallnewO−ringsintothevalvebody.
4.SlidebushingsandnewO−ringsoverthespools.
5.Ifaspoolwasdisassembled,installwasher,spoolspring,spacer,and
retainingringtothespool.
6.Lubricatespoolsliberallywithcleanhydraulicuidandinstallintotheirproper
bore.
7.Installspoolcapsintovalvebody.Torquecapsfrom27to34N·m(20to
25ft−lb).
8.Lubricatebothplungersliberallywithcleanhydraulicuidandinstallinto
theirproperbore.
9.InstallnewO−rings,seats,checkpoppets,andcheckspringsintothe
plungerbores.
10.InstallO−rings,back−upwashers,andseatretainingplugsintotheirplunger
bores.Torquebothplugsfrom41to48N·m(30to35ft−lb).
11.InstallnewO−ring,back−upwasher,andsolidplugintotheborewiththe
groovedplunger.Torqueplugfrom41to48N·m(30to35ft−lb).
12.InstallnewO−ring,seat,checkpoppet,checkspring,newO−ring,back−up
washer,andseatretainingplugintotheborewiththeplunger.T orqueplug
from41to48N·m(30to35ft−lb).
13.InstallO−ringandplugintothetopofthevalvebodynexttothedetentplug
bore.T orqueplugfrom14to16N·m(10to12ft−lb).
14.Lubricateplungerdetent,spring,anddiscliberallywithcleanhydraulicuid
andinstallintoitsvalvebodybore.
15.InstallO−ringanddetentplugintoitsproperbore.T orqueplugfrom41to57
N·m(30to42ft−lb).
