thewaytotheright,theclearancebetweenthepinonthetractionpedaland
theswitchshouldbe0.5to1.5mm(0.02to0.06in)(Figure110).
4.Toadjusttheswitch,loosenthenutsecuringtheswitchtotheswitchbracket
orthenutssecuringtheswitchbrackettotheoorplateandadjusttheswitch
positionasneeded.
5.Afteradjustingtheswitch,usetheStandardControlModule(seeStandard
ControlModule(SCM)(page6–45))toverifythattheswitchandcircuitwiring
arefunctioningcorrectly.Theswitchshouldopenwhenthetractionpedalis
movedineitherdirection6.3to25.4mm(0.25to1.0in)whenmeasuredat
thetopofthetractionpedal.
