WARNING
•Ethylene-glycolantifreezeispoisonous.
•Keepthecoolantawayfromchildrenandpets.
•Keepthecoolantinalabelledcontainer.
•Discardthecoolantinaccordancewithlocalhazardouswaste
ordinances.
1.Parkmachineonalevelsurface,lowercuttingunits,stopengine,engage
parkingbrakeandremovekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Openandremovetheenginehoodfromthemachine.
IMPORTANT
Followalllocalcodesandregulationswhenrecyclingordisposing
enginecoolant.
3.Placeasuitablecontainerundertheradiatortocollectthecoolant.Open
drainplug(item34inFigure15),andcompletelydraintheradiator.
4.Removeglowplugrelay(32)fromtheradiatorassembly(13).Positionrelay
awayfromtheradiator.
5.Disconnectfollowinghosesfromtheradiator:
A.Upperradiatorhose(24)tothewaterpump.
B.Lowerradiatorhose(27)totheengineblock.
C.Coolanthosetothereservoir(30).
D.Airhosetotheaircleaner.
6.Topreventcontaminationofhydraulicsystemduringradiator/oilcooler
removal,thoroughlycleanjunctionofhydraulichosesandttingsonoilcooler.
Note:Allowhydrauliccomponentsandhosestodrainintoasuitable
container.
7.Disconnecthydraulichosesfromradiator/oilcooler.Putcapsorplugson
openhydraulichosesandttingstopreventsystemcontamination.Labelthe
hydraulichosestoensurecorrectinstallation.DiscardtheO-rings.
8.Removethereservoir(28)andbracket(26)fromthebottomfanshroud.
9.Removebothfanshrouds(2and11)fromradiatorassembly(13).
10.Removetheangeheadbolts(5)securingthetopandbottomoftheradiator
frame(4)totheradiator(13).Removethefourcarriagebolts(8)andlock
nuts(12)securingtheradiator(13)totheradiatorframe(4).
