InstallingtheRadiatorandOilCoolerAssembly
1.Removeanyplugsfromtheradiatorusedduringtheremovalprocedures.
2.Positiontheradiator(13)carefullytotheradiatorframe(4).
3.Secureradiatorassemblytotheradiatorframewithfourcarriagebolts(8)
andlocknuts(12).Securethetopandbottomofradiatortoframewith
angeheadbolts(5).
4.Securebothfanshrouds(2and11)totheradiatorassemblywithange
headbolts.
5.Securethereservoirbracket(26)andreservoir(28)tothebottomfanshroud
(11)withbothangeheadbolts(14)andangenuts(1).
6.Connectfollowinghosestotheradiator:
A.Upperradiatorhose(27)tothewaterpump.
B.Lowerradiatorhose(24)totheengineblock.
C.Coolanthose(30)tothereservoir.
D.Airhosetotheaircleaner.
7.Removeallplugsfromhydraulictubes,hoses,andopeningsusedduringthe
removalprocedures.
8.InstallthenewO−ringstothehydraulicttings(15and18).Connectthe
hydraulichose(25)totheradiator(13).
9.Connectthehydraulictube(19)totheradiator(13).
10.Securetheglowplugrelay(32)totheradiatorassemblywiththebolt(33)
andnut(31).Connectthewireharnessconnectortotheglowplugrelay.
11.Makesurethedrainplug(34)isclosed.Fillradiatorwithcoolant;refer
toOperator’sManual.
12.Starttheengineandcheckforcoolantandhydraulicuidleaks.Repairany
leaksasrequiredbeforereturningthemachinetoservice.
13.Continuetoruntheenginetoobtaintheoperatingtemperature.Checkthe
coolantandhydraulicuidlevelsandadjustasnecessary.
14.Installenginehoodtothemachineandclose.
