08. Minimum Mail Box Record Time

Some callers will after hearing a personal greeting and then the Beep hang up after a short period. This will then leave

a short message usually of silence followed by the sound of a handset being replaced. This parameter will allow

messages that do not reach a certain length to be deleted.
