duplex-negotiation (auto-negotiation)
0 = Auto-negotiation in progress
1 = Auto-negotiation and speed detection
failed.

speed (default: half duplex). Half duplex
3 = Successfully negotiated speed and
duplex.
4 = Auto-negotiation not attempted.
