Remove preservatives from the engine
1.
Remove the closures from the intake and exhaust open-
ing of the engine.
2. Remove the anti-corrosion agent from the pulley.
3. Install the fan belt.
4. Drain the preservative oil and pour in engine oil.
5. Start up the engine.
6.
Check the V-belt tension after the rst two operating
hours.
Restarting the loader
1. Remove the engine preservative.
2. Install the battery.
3. Check the air pressure of the tires.
4.
Remove the preservative for the hydraulic cylinders‘
piston rods.
5. Lower the loader.
6. Check the functioning of the electrical system.
7. Unblock the articulated joint.
8. Vent the hydraulic system.
9. Check the functioning of the steering and the brakes.
