Repairs and Adjustments

REP 9.25 Ozone Filter (SPS 510dp)

Parts List on PL 9.9

Removal

1. Switch off the Printer.

2. Open the Rear Cover and raise the Top Cover.

3. (Figure 1): Remove the Rear Top Cap.

4. (Figure 2): Remove the ozone filter.

Replacement

1. (Figure 3): Install the Ozone Filter

Remove the four

screws, two top and

bottom

Remove the screw

securing the Ozone

Filter

Lift and hold the

Developer Cover open

and remove the Top

Cap

Place the Filter in the Cover

at an angle from the screw

to the top edge of the sheet

metal. The bottom surface

of the Filter should be flush

with the edge of the sheet

metal

Reinstall the Screw
