An Ink Loader error has occurred. The following troubleshooting procedure applies to this
error.
Initial Actions
• Reboot the printer and verify the error persists.
• Verify the Ink Loader cable connection to the Ink Loader and Electronics Module.
• If the problem persists, perform the following procedure.

Procedure
Check the Ink Loader Board wiring harness connectors P/J702 & P/J401. Are the connec-
tions secure and undamaged?

Reseat and/or replace the wiring harness.
Replace the Power Control Board (REP 5.6) (Electronics Module.
