upgrade process, please make sure the vehicle
is locked, parked in a safe area and allow
enough time for the upgrade to complete.
• Vehicles cannot be charged during the
upgrade process, so please arrange the
upgrade time reasonably.
• Failed upgrades may cause some vehicles to
function abnormally.
• If there is a failure during the upgrade process,
please do not use the vehicle. Tap “5HWU\” to
retry the upgrade. If multiple retries fail, please
contact XPENG Service Center or Customer
Service Center.
• Once a vehicle is upgraded, it cannot be rolled
back to any previous version.
