This section provides examples of connections between the SERVOPACK and encoder.
(1) Using as an Incremental Encoder
∗1. The box () is replaced by a number. For a type A01 SERVOPACK, the number is 4. For a type A02 SERVOPACK,
the number is 8.
∗2. : represents shielded twisted-pair wires.
(2) Using as an Absolute Encoder
∗1. The box () is replaced by a number. For a type A01 SERVOPACK, the number is 4. For a type A02 SERVOPACK,
the number is 8.
∗2. : represents shielded twisted-pair wires.
∗3. When using an absolute encoder, provide power by installing an encoder cable with a JUSP-BA01-E Battery Case.
