4-Slot Charge Only Cradle Troubleshooting
Spare battery is not
charging.
Battery not fully seated in
charging slot.
Remove and re-insert the spare battery in the
cradle, ensuring it is firmly seated. The battery
charges from fully depleted to 90% in
approximately 2.5 hours, and from fully depleted to
100% in approximately three hours.
Battery inserted
incorrectly.
Re-insert the battery so the charging contacts on
the battery align with the contacts on the cradle.
Battery is faulty. Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so,
replace the faulty battery.

is active. Touch > System > About phone > Status to
view battery status.
Ambient

warm.
Move the cradle to an area where the ambient temperature
is between 5°C (40°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
