What to do if the Zener Controller motor does not rotate when the remote START signal is activated?

If the motor does not rotate when the remote START signal is activated, there are several potential causes. First, verify the control wiring to the terminals and the assigned terminal functions, referring to the Control Wiring Diagrams and Terminal Configurations. Ensure the EN terminal is connected to +5V and the ENABLED message is displayed. Check that your remote terminal is at +5V with respect to DIG COM, as the MSC?3 may be in LOCAL mode. Confirm that either a FWD or a REV terminal has been assigned and is at +5V with respect to DIG COM, enabling reverse from the Protection menu if needed. Finally, check the REMOTE speed source in the References menu and ensure it is not at zero.
