10.1 Toolheads maintenance
Changing and mounting toolheads require 3 mm
Allen key usage. It is included in the foam insert
with accessories.
Dismounting Toolhead
Select ‘MAINTENANCE’. Select ‘CHANGE TOOL’. Select ‘PARK TOOL’, wait for
positioning process to be
Disconnect the toolhead cable
from the machine frame socket.
Disconnect the toolhead
from the X carriage.
Zmorph Fab will inform about
toolhead change process.
Use 3 mm Allen key to loose the
screw mounting the toolhead.
Lift the toolhead from the
front and push it backwards.
Printer is ready for mounting
another toolhead.
