Installing the over pressure limiter unit

Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.

Fit the extra warning label onto the robot and near
the over pressure limiter unit clearly visible for
the operator.

Remove the top cover from the robot base.3

Disconnect the air hose from the plug on the
connector plate.
Note
If the robot is equipped with a perforated plate
and not a connector plate, then remove the perfor-
ated plate by hitting it with a plastic mallet before
attaching the over pressure limiter unit.
