• Apply Loctite 574 on the top one.

Do not apply Loctite 574 between the shims!

In order to release the brake, connect the
24 VDC power supply.

Connect in one of these ways:
to connector R4.MP5 (in the motor):
• + = pin 2
• - = pin 5
to connector R3.MP5 (on the separate cable
to motor axis 5, if not removed):
• + = pin C
• - = pin D

Fit guide pins in two of the attachment holes
for the motor.

Lift the motor onto the guide pins and guide
it carefully into the gear making sure that:
• the motor pinion is properly mated to
the gear of gearbox axis 5
• the motor pinion does not get dam-
aged.

M8x25Secure the motor with its attachment screws
and plain washers.

Tightening torque: 24 Nm.

Apply rust preventive Mercasol on attach-
ment screws and washers after tightening.

Disconnect the 24 VDC power supply.10
