Method 2 for lifting the upper and lower
arms:
1 Fit the lifting accessories on the up-
per and lower arms as shown in the
figure, and secure the robot in an
overhead crane.
2 Jog axis 3 so that roundsling F is
stretched.

the wrist on the inside)

Raise the crane to reach lifting center and
straighten the chains.

Release the brakes of axis 2 to let the
weight of the arm system settle in the lifting
accessories.
