• Block delimiter
A block delimiter is output to indicate the end of one set of data.
The block delimiter can be specified by commands.
Output after recall of the last data in the buffer at the time the talker is specified by the controller
(3) Measurement buffer output format (Binary)
When measurement buffer store is turned ON by OM5 and binary data output is subsequently speci-
fied by OM2, measurement data is output in the following binary format.
