Fluctuation
The AC input power line
dipped below required
operating conditions.
This condition may be
due to an AC power
black-out or brown-out.
Using all applicable safety
precautions, inspect your
AC input power source to
ensure that it is properly
connected and that the
specified voltage is being
applied to the Pinnacle
Plus+ unit. (See the
“Specifications” chapter
for AC input power
specifications.)

DSP Watch Dog
Failure
The DSP has failed. Call AE Global Customer
Support.
E007
Initialization Fault
There has been an
initialization fault.
1. Remove all input
power from the power
supply and then restart
the unit.
2. Reset all defaults, and
then try step 1 above
again.
3. If this fault persist call
AE Global Customer
Support.
E009
Output Ground
Fault Detected
Output positive terminal
is not PE grounded.
Connect output positive
terminal to PE ground
(available only on certain
options).
