Installing the Brushdown Assemblies
The LX-150 sometimes shoots labels down onto bottles with such force that the labels may
bounce up off the Conveyor or Auxiliary Belt / Bottle Holding Device and slide partly back up
the length to the bottle. In these cases, heat shrinking the labels onto the bottle would
product undesirable results. To ensure that the labels are pushed down into the correct
location on the bottle, the Brushdown Assemblies needs to be installed immediately
downstream from the LX-150 (and upstream from the Heat Shrink Tunnel).

Items Needed to Install the Brushdown Assemblies:
• Crescent Wrench
• Alan Wrench
To Install the Brushdown Assemblies:
Use the Alan Wrench to bolt the Brushdown Mounts to either side of the Conveyor.
