Installing the Timing Screw Assembly
The Timing Screw Assembly is needed to regulate the flow of bottles so that they are
centered on the Conveyor and are evenly spaced as they enter the LX-150.

Items Needed to Install the Timing Screw Assembly:
• Crescent Wrench
• Alan Wrench
• Laser Level
To Install the Timing Screw Assembly:
Use the Alan Wrench to bolt the Timing Screw Assembly to the side of the Conveyor,
with the closest end at least 12″ (30.5 cm) upstream from the Mandrel.
