the tunnel peer during the authentication phase of tunnel establishment.
tunnel-id tunnel-id (v2) — Specifies the local identifier of this Layer Two Tunneling Protocol
tunnel, when L2TP version 2 is used.
Values 1 to 65535
control-connection-id connection-id (v3) — Specifies an identification number for a Layer Two
Tunneling Protocol session.
